WHOLESALE DELIVERY & RETURNS
Below are the costs and estimated delivery times for all wholesale orders we send out ~
1). UK Mainland Orders
Delivery cost to UK Mainland is £10 + vat on all orders. We offer FREE delivery on wholesale order over £350. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days of receiving payment. If we anticipate orders to go beyond this timescale we will inform you.
Please note: any orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will not be processed until the next working day.
All wholesale orders are dispatched with our couriers, Parcelforce, using their 48 hour delivery service. Dispatch to receiving deliveries may take longer than this service due to possible circumstances from Parcelforce, which is out of our control. We (My Little Bath Shop) are not held responsible for Parcelforce NOT delivering on time. However, we do ask stockists to allow up to 14 working days for deliveries particularly during busy periods like Easter, Christmas etc.
Currently we only ship within the UK on this website. UK Highlands /Islands and Overseas please contact us for delivery quotes as we do source independent couriers.
Payment on our site are made via GPay and PayPal in their secure environment. Please note that we do not accept cheques as payment. GPay and PayPal will accept Visa, Delta, Electron, EuroCard, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch) on our behalf.
Non-payments will result in order cancellation. No compensation will be offered by My Little Bath Shop for any payment fail situation.

3). Delivery Information
All our bath products are fragile objects to post. We do our best to package orders using strong boxes, paper /box void to hopefully, avoid any damages accruing. Unfortunately, damages can happen during transit which is no fault to ‘us’ (My Little Bath Shop). However, we advise you to check your parcel and notify us of any damages within three working days, and we will do our best to resolve this for you.
Please note: *Photographic evidence must always be provided on damaged packages/products via email at email@example.com

For UK Mainland Orders ~
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us on the day you receive your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please return your order unopened within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund. The cost of returning the purchase will be at the customer’s own expense. We do not except responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit on return. Refunds will only be given if the purchase is returned in the condition it was sent (original unopened packaging and in re-saleable condition).
You can cancel your order prior to dispatch. Email us with your order number and a full refund will be given. If your purchase has already been dispatched please refer to our refund policy (point above ↑).
